Managed up to 450 staff with effective personnel practices. Successfully organized and presented at seminars. Held executive roles and represented professional organizations at regional and national meetings. Completed both the Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies and the Master of Business Administration in the last three years- a real test of setting priorities and time management. On the governing board of the Whangamata Golf club and currently president. Been invited to think tanks with the District health Board. Consulted over a six month period to a large health care provider company mentoring a senior manager (2006/7).
